I am trying to remember a scenario I have played that I would like to recreate in miniature.

Late War Russians/Germans
Russians are trying to capture a bridge before Germans blow it
Germans have to get troops across bridge before blowing it
Urban setting

Do you remember which boards it is on? You could use the search parameters at the ASL Scenario Archive - Russian Attacker, 1945, and whichever board(s) you remember being used.

Could it be HoB's, Berlin Red Vengeance "BRV 4 At Last the Spree"? It's a night scenario, and the VC are: "To win the Russian player must earn=> 20 exit VP at game end…" And SSR2: "... The German player may set up these units [AE] on the bridge […] Such set up means that an OB given DC is Automaticalli SET (at Game Start) in the same Bridge hex (only) as the Assault Engineer ...."
