Hell's Highway Question

Getting ready to start the campaign game and noticed that D5.30 said the RG given in the initial TM scenario don't count against the TM maximum. Does that mean the RG bought with the initial TP Points or is it refering only to the Initial stuff given to the Allies?

No, any RG/units given in the initial set up (before requisition) do not count; meaning the British 40mm AA Guns, crew, & trucks don't count.
