In this day of aged ASL players - I can confirm that the map elves are all still alive. I count that as progress.

I would guess a month or two away. Definitely Monday.

I’m happy to say the answer is yes. I won’t commit the elf doing the conversion to a firm release date but I’m confident that Hatten will be available before OS and KFW. In other words, we’ve moved Hatten up in the cue. Hatten is just a map, no counters. That really, really speeds things up.

I downloaded the Hatten in Flames map from the VASL site, but VASL doesn't seem to show either either the extracted gif or the raw zip file in the 'Select Board' tab. Have others had success with this download?

That was my error. Sorry for that. Should be fixed now. Hatten is available for download. And it's well before Monday.

I believe there is an error on the VASL Hatten map. The VASL version shows an open ground hex with clear hexsides for hex H4, but the physical map has some walls on the H4 hexsides.

But anyway, thanks for cranking that out!

I was about to report this, but its been done. Note that "Draggable Overlays" can fix this, although the artwork doesn't quite match. Hex H4 should have a wall on hexsides 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Version 1.1 is ready. Fixes the H4 walls. VASL should automatically update the board for you.

What version of vasl are you running? The auto-map-download is new as of version 6.4.3, I believe.
