Has ASL evolution left behind "ART" pieces, like 10-3s?

Just set up SK scenario S47 which includes a U.S. 10-3, two Italian 75* ART pieces, and some force preservation SSRs which link the scenario to the next in sequence, S48.
Looks like a nice design, and so should be quite interesting.
