Heya folks,
Whilst I understand Father's Day don't happen on the same day for our UK & Australian compatriots, I do want to wish a very happy Father's Day to the fathers in our midst.
My dad's no one famous. Him and I have personalities that are very different. He's quiet, unpretentious and very smart. He is also the hero in the family who keeps our boat on an even kneel amidst many a storm all our lives. Having a family of my own make me realise how much he has done for us without so much a complaint.
Right now the man's gleefully picking through a few places to eat for our dinner tomorrow. We are all looking forward to it.
My friends, please allow me to wish you a very happy Father's Day. All the very best to you and yours.
