After some debate we need the hive mind assistance:

WHat is TH and modifier for an American AFV that is CE and is targeting an normal size enemy AFV at 5 hexes range with no hindrance or TEM when:

1. Shooting in Advancing fire phase after moved to a new hex andstopped therein

2. Shooting in Advancing fire phase after moved to a new hex and still in motion

3. Shooting in movement phase after moved to a new hex and spent movement point to stop

it seems like existing acq can be kept before and after moves as per 1, 2 and 3 procied LOS exists?

Yes, as long as LOS is there the whole time you gyro keep aqui. and CMG is not halved.
