Concealed unit in a gully. In the advance phase it goes to crest status into LOS of good order enemy units.
Does it lose concealment, or does the +2 TEM mean it keeps it?

Can ffmo be applied if it were moving? If no, then it is not open ground.
If all Los goes through the crest hexsides then he keeps concealment.

The essence of the rule is that the unit musn't be in Open Ground as per A10.531 - i.e. "any hex in which any Interdictor could apply, during a hypothetical Defensive First Fire opportunity (regardless of what attacks it actually made in previous phases), the -1 FFMO DRM".
