My Gavutu-Tanambogo CG came to an abrupt end today as my Marines lost 1x9-2 1x10-2 and CR'd 3 Squads to a IJA .50 cal rate tear that put three (or four) 4's and one 3 on 8FP. That put my loses to more than the IJA OB, making it impossible for my Marines to win even though we can hold all the land hexes.
