Following the sad passing of Joe Arthur his collection is now up for sale on ebay. I'm not sure if I can post a link here, but if you search for "Massive Advanced Squad Leader collection inc. + MANY 3rd party packs OOP/Rare" you should find it.

All the money raised from this sale will be going to charity. Given the size of it, it's probably only convenient for UK buyers.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly. The collection is currently in my possession.

Mine goes to Tony and Steve and then free to anyone who wants it.

I don't think it will be worth trying to sell it.

Did it sell already? I can’t seem to find the listing. Do you have a direct link?

Good luck finding a proper home for all his ASL stuff, this has been on my mind as well, I need to make sure everything I have from almost 60 years in this hobby stays in the hobby with my friends in New England when the day comes I can't use it anymore.
Working through the same issues myself. Lemme know what you come up with and I will do the same.

The description basically says no shipping anywhere so probably not. It's a substantial collection.

I looked into shipping costs of a collection from UK to USA and it ran into about 300 pounds.

It's an auction.
Any chance it ships to the US?
You can get all of that in the USA if you look...no need to pay exorbitant Shipping.

Collections like this rarely come up in the UK..

So like 15%...

Cheaper than buying a single game paying the same for the game.

I think that's woefully underestimated. I just paid for shipping royal mail from the UK for two items and the guy charged me exactly the price he paid. It was just shy of $40 US. This is 9 crates of gear. I'd guess $1000 would be more in line with reality.
