In scenario FT303:
Are the planes available at start - does the US player have to roll for their arrival if not using the TACP (eg because they have no LOS to enemy units)?
Update:
We played they were available at start.
The Chinese moved towards the Fox Hill troops and two strafing runs caused havoc. The scenario was over by the end of game turn 3.
These Fox Hill scenarios haven't attracted a lot of attention yet. So far Korea has required a lot of page flipping back and forth through the rulebook (or scrolling) but it's worth your time.
