FT 172 Clearing LZ - Turn 3 reinforcement

Hi, me and Felipe we are playing FT172. We are not sure about the OB relating to the Turn 3 reinforcement. It seems that until the building 63T6 is under control of the German player, the element of the 1st Platoon, D Company, 508th PIR will not enter. Is this correct? considering that the German player controls the building in Turn 3, is it correct that until at least one hex of the multihex building is taken by the American player, the 1st Platoon will not enter the game? Thanks

The turn 3 reinforcemetn can enter only of 63T6 is under US control. If the German control it the reinforcement are postpone until the building is back in US hands.
This rule is to oblige the US to defend the village.

"Elements of 1ˢᵗ Platoon, D Company, 508ᵗʰ PIR, enter on/after Turn 3 along the west edge if building 63T6 is not German Controlled." The Americans start with control of the building. Once the Germans take control the building (and not just the hex), the 1ˢᵗ Platoon may not enter (assuming they have not done so already) until the Americans recapture the building.
