A 8.1 During DFF if an AFV has units in separate hexes adjacent to it, one hex containing an AFV which ended it's turn in moving status and the other has infantry units that just moved into the adjacent hex. If the AFV fires it's bmg/cmg at the infantry would it still be able to fire it's MA at the opposing AFV when it moves?

I think your question refers more to the target selection limits for SFF contained in A8.3. That section limits the targets that infantry can target as SFF.

The CMG and the BMG do not control the target of the MA. Firing the CMG at a different target will cause loss of acquisition, but that does not preclude the MA from firing at the other target.

The short answer is "yes." The AFV can fire the BMG at moving personnel or prc, the CMG at different moving personnel or prc, and the MA can fire at any other target later.
