We played S3, War of the Rats. I played the Russians. A well placed DC and the German flamethrower unhinged my left flank, defended mostly by conscripts. My Shock Group arrived on turn 2, but could not stop the German assault.
On the right, the Germans concentrated fire on my MMG position in the large building and eventually captured it. They finally secured the building with two devastating Close Combat attacks.
I had a blast. While the Germans advanced steadily, the fate of the large building was uncertain until turn 5, when my defense really fell apart.
The pictures show the developing German attack on my left and MMG positioning the large building, and the final CC attacks that sealed their victory. I'll have to post these from my computer in a bit.
