If a squad fires a SW can it still street fight an AFV? Rules reference?

CC Reaction Fire may not be attempted by a unit that is, and/or possesses a SW -- (including Inherent)/Gun that is, already marked with a First/Final/Intensive/No Fire counter

the existence of other first fire opportunities does not permit CCRF. Any first fire capacity already used that results in a marker precludes it. But if the MMC fired a SW/Gun that retained rate and thus is not marked can use CCRF.

Does a squad that uses CCRF and kills the AFV have the ability to use a mg at full effectiveness?

Nope, marked with a First Fire after the CCRF, regardless of the outcome.

It only precludes Street Fighting CCRF - not all CCRF.
