during enemy's MPh, I create a FL. i'm in hex A1, the moving unit is in A5 and there's another unit which has not moved yet or had Prep Fired in A4. will that unit in A4 be effectived by the FL?

if so, what is the rules reference in the ASLRB? because i can't find it!!!!

Nope, it won't be affected,...unless it expends MP in that hex and/or moves into another hex of the FL. Fire Lanes residual fire attacks are attacks that occur during the movement phase and only units that are currently expending MP (EXC aircraft attacks) can be shot at during the movement phase.
