We have been working to provide FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS) as an economical shipping solution for our international customers. We have now integrated FIMS into our website as a shipping option for international customers and can begin accepting orders with FIMS as the shipping option.

FIMS shipments are delivered to the customer’s local postal service and final delivery will be via the local postal service. FedEx does not deliver the package directly to the recipient. Customers are responsible for any VAT or other taxes due for their shipment. While FIMS is a cheaper option than USPS Priority Mail, it is also much slower. Normal delivery times could be 4-6 weeks for a package, not including any other postal delays that may be currently occurring. We will still provide an email with tracking information so that customers can view the basic tracking information on their shipment.

There are some limitations to FIMS shipments. The value of products in the shipment must be $400 or less. Currently, we are limiting FIMS shipments to packages weighing 4 pounds or less. FIMS is available for most countries, if you do not see FIMS as a shipping option then FIMS is not available for your country.

While we have integrated FIMS into our website and we are accepting orders with FIMS shipping, we will not begin shipping these orders until the week of October 25th. We are still waiting for a few items to be finished with our implementation. We wanted to go ahead and start accepting orders to help customers in Australia and New Zealand order our newest products.

If you have an existing preorder for an item and you want to change your shipping option to FIMS, you will need to place a new preorder for that item. This ensures that you will be charged the correct amount for shipping. As a reminder, depending on the weight of the item FIMS may be cheaper but it will have a longer delivery time. If you decide to change your shipping on a preorder and you place a new preorder, please email us at problems@multimanpublishing.com to let us know to cancel your previous preorder.

lol. I am waiting for a Fedex delivery right now. They have 'local delays' according to the tracking. Probably not now until Monday.

Interesting piece regarding the current state of the World's Supply Chain, with an obvious impact for MMP shipping the anywhere....domestic shipping is just a bit less painful than international....worthy of a read.

Perhaps the single biggest thing keeping me from enjoying more ASL these days. :(

As MMP produce their games in the USA, they avoid at least the Chinese shipping problems.
