Is it listed in the concealement loss/gain chart? I don't think so but I do not have the chart handy.

If becomiing encircled is not listed, you don't lose concealment....and no, becoming encircled is not "any other action" as it is an action taken by the encircler and not the encirclee...as it were.

I would be surprised if they do. If they did, then a upper level HIP unit would come on board as soon as they become upper level encircled, and I do not think that is the case.

Good call, Jazz.

The A12.121 Table does not mention 'becoming encircled' as something that cause '?' loss. Being in a Location which is searched/mopped up is mentioned. A7.7-.72 doesn't mention '?' loss either.

Stefan, is there some argument for it?

Theres something you don't see very often.....

I am just a bit disappointed that nobody commented on "encircler" and "encirclee".....
