Emplacement in a foxhole hex?

I am thinking that putting a HS on a hex with a HIP pillbox in PTO. The attacker strips, pins, breaks, and moves up on the hapless HS only to find a full squad in the PB with a MMG blasting away at point blank range.

Again yes, there's no restrictions I could find, only permitted terrain.

I usually do it the other way around. HIP a HS on top of a pillbox....ready to pounce/ambush the inevitable assault units that approach from outside the PB CA.
