Repeat... LFT15 includes new Arid/Desert mapboards!

BUT!

in total there are three Arid/Desert (AD) hill boards, three AD vegetation boards, a AD village board and a AD/Temperate transitional board.
About 20 Scenarios of various nationalities and sizes, located over three continents.
AS well as a few Temperate climate scenarios.

On the first 4 they really didn’t stick around. North Africa was the center of their efforts. The Battle of the Atlantic was the major campaign but doesn’t really fit into ASL.
In Burma, the British did 'stick around' long enough for Bill Slim's 14th army to inflict upon the Imperial Japanese Army the greatest defeat in its history.

The Burma campaign was the longest the British fought during WW2. Poor bastards who served there for the duration.

The North African campaign was almost three years, and the longest running campaign in the west at that time. It may have been a "sideshow" but the consequences of a German victory were interesting to imagine.

40-43 was my statement. The Burma Campaign wasn’t very active after 42 to early 43 and picked up with Operations Ha-Go and U-Go in 44 due to the retraining of the Indian Army in 43. In ASL Indian Army units go from 4-4-7 to 4-5-7. The center of the British Empire was North Africa.
