If EC are Mud in a PTO scenario what does that mean for vehicles on unpaved woods/roads? If roads don't exist in PTO unless stated so in SSR(and unpaved roads don't exist during Mud)then how can a vehicle drive down a woods/road Location? (ref: 1st Ed Rulebook).

The SSR should handle it.

If it doesn't say otherwise, I'd assume that the road doesn't exist, so a vehicle would have to risk bog driving thro' the woods. In other words, there is no "woods road" part of the hex.

The scenairo "White Tigers" handles this by specifying that there is no "woods road".

If I wanted woods/roads to be part of a Mud PTO scenario should the SSR stipulate perhaps that woods-roads be treated like Trail Breaks but with a cost of 2MP instead of half?

Just make it clear what kind of bog DR you expect the players to take when tooling down the path.... :halo:
