Dust and Light Dust

Hey guys,

I'm about to play Descent into Hell from FKaC... I don't have the Dust or Light Dust rules on me.

Can someone give me the rundown on both Dust and Light Dust?

DLV DRM = dr/2 (Light: FRD, Moderate: FRU).
Also add it to any Interdiction roll.
