Hi all, I'm attempting to place a barrage in the street in front of my enemy's position. No enemies are in the blast area of the barrage, but there are some adjacent to the pre-registered hex.
C1.21 seems pretty clear that I need to draw another "temporary" chit, even though my FFE won't land on the unknown unit in question, and I can't find anything in E12 that would modify this.
Am I right that a bonus chit needs to be drawn? This seems like a bit of a lacuna in the rulebook.
