I guess Hank Hill is that type naturally but he widens out at the top like a coke bottle. All that nasty high fructose corn syrup in his diet. Sad!

Ok. Back on-topic. There was mention of a product tentatively entitled Polish Eagles last evening on FB. In doing a little digging, I found a picture of a map and a HSASL involving a 1939 battle near Mokra in Poland. There is zero confirmation that this might be the “enhancement” connected with the upcoming Doomed Battalions reprint.

Ok. Back on-topic. There was mention of a product tentatively entitled Polish Eagles last evening on FB. In doing a little digging, I found a picture of a map and a HSASL involving a 1939 battle near Mokra in Poland. There is zero confirmation that this might be the “enhancement” connected with the upcoming Doomed Battalions reprint.

Back in fall of 2020 it was said that Polish Eagles was a bit further along than Marco Polo Bridge at the time. Of course many things could have changed in the past 2.5 years, but that at least puts it in the realm of the possible for being ready for a DB reprint or at least preorder this year since Marco Polo is suppose to pre-order in 2023.

Mokra intends to be a Historical Study following the Poles from 1939 to 1945 with a CG about the Battle of Mokra, a one map, 4 dates, vehicle heavy with some additional toys. 2 new geo maps and 20 ish scenarios. Probably try to throw in some Polish distinctiveness to differentiate them a bit more (nothing too major). None of this is set in stone yet although a fair bit has been designed and playtested with the help of a few guys on VASL.

Would this be counters, rules and scenarios? HASL map?

Per Ken Dunn today on FB— HASL map for Mokra with 4-date CG and Polish Armored Trains. There will be scenarios with Polish troops serving in different armies. It was not specified but there may be Polish OB counters with different upgraded values for MMC— maybe broken morale equal to unbroken morale?

No indication one way or another. I will speculate that it could possibly be, but that depends on timing and MMP— mostly MMP.

Reading through various MMP posts elsewhere it seems DB and Polish Eagles are being referred to as separate products in the production schedule.
