Blaze
Final Fired
Hehe, I'd say UNUSUALLY lucky. I design everything with failure in mind. No matter how careful one is, bad things are bound to happen. (When bad things happen to good ASL players) If I had your system, I would put rubber bands on it when traveling.BoxBox lids fit tight, but do not secure, not a problem though. Perhaps I'm just unusually coordinated, but after seven years of play, including road and air travel to club meetings and tournaments, I've never spilled a BoxBox. I just stack 'em snug in a larger container that does lock and when flying (and only when flying) wrap a rubber band around them to be safe. And, I find their lack of a hinged lid and clasp mechanism to be an advantage on the table - they take up less room during play. The removable lid fits well underneath when you play so it does not get in the way nor does it get lost.
When I switched to the 3701's years ago, my specs were: 1. Must be latch locked. 2. Must be water resistant. 3. Must not be deep. 4. Must have compartments touching the lid so there is no chance of counters spilling over. 5. Must be translucent. 6. Must have a detachable lid. 7. Survive a fender bender [EXC, brew up]. Plano checked all those boxes for me. I have every official AH/MMP ASL product (expept Piper's, ABTF, BRT), that fits in 21 3701's and 6 3600's Righto, It might be a bit overkill, but I was a Combat Engineer.
