Yes, once they are flipped to their wreck side.D8.1: After all Passengers/Riders/SW/Guns have been unloaded/unhooked, an unarmed and unarmored immobilized vehicle is flipped over to its Wreck side (or removed if it has no wreck side).
A26.221: A player receives CVP equal to the VP value for all enemy units/equipment that are eliminated. Units/equipment that leave the mapboard are considered eliminated for purposes of CVP [some exceptions]. CVP is not awarded for units/equipment which {sic} are merely broken, wounded, disrupted, malfunctioned, shocked or Immobile, nor for a disabled MA.
I couldn't find a definition for elimination, but in other contexts, e.g. A11.5, C7.11, successful attacks are simply described as "eliminating" a vehicle, not "flipping it over to its Wreck side".
Do immobilized trucks with a Wreck side count for CVP?
