About to begin scenario DN2 Chasseurs at Yvoir and we are hoping to settle a clarification in the VC's.
The VC's state the the Belgians "win immediately upon having >= 28 VP...of Good Order Belgian units" that make it over the river from the east to the west.
The clarification needed is this...what happens to Belgian units that cross from east to west, but are then broken/reduced/eliminated on the west side? Do they reduce the running total of VP? Or, are the VP's "locked in" once they cross.
The German player is of the mind that casualties on the "crossers" will affect the running VP total. The Belgian player is of the mind that the VP's for the "crossers" is locked in and is not affected by casualties.
Can we get a clarification, please? Thanks in advance.
