Now I know what disgusted means but I'm not sure I know what 'fed up' means. I guess fed is the past-tense of feed or eat so the adjective 'up' most mean to have eaten so much the food it is piling up the esophagus and if you eat any more you'd either vomit it out or it would start spilling into your lungs. So I guess it is a metaphor for eating too much or a coughing fit. Very interesting, thank you for sharing.
