DethNet Banker - Current Bank Contents

We have setup the DethNet guild bank.

Updates to its contents will be posted here until such time as our homepage is complete, and then you'll be able to see what loot we have by visiting the page directly.

Our banker is Muleofdeth, and you can mail any items you wish to deposit directly to that character. Please send anything that you feel might be of use to other characters (especially trade goods!), and we'll keep the listings as up to date as possible. Anyone in the guild may request to withdraw any item(s) they require, but please try to contribute items as well! Any money contributed to the Guild bank will be used to help purchase tabards for members that cannot currently afford one.

I started sending stuff to the bank the other day.

I received it in good order - thanks! What are the (raptor, was it?) scales for? Are they used in a profession or quest? Just curious! I am going to update the bank info in a new thread, as I have the most recent screenshots, taken about an hour ago.

If it was the flecked raptor scale, it is junk. Researching around it seems that anything with gray title color is junk, not usable in any recipes or anything. We can just sell it for the silver. I will try not to send anything in the future with gray color.

No, that's all good! I can sell it to stock the bank with cash. Perhaps if yo uwant to contribute these types of items, just sell them all and send a few $? That way, we don't lose the 30 copper per item.

If anyone has any ideas how to provide info on what the magic items are, I'm all ears. I suppose I can copy/paste the names into a text file and place them in order as well, but if there's an easier solution, I'd love to hear it!

you could maybe have it individual pics and link them to the WoWWiki pages that list the items?

Yes, that would work good! But it sounds rather work-intensive; have to take a screenshot of each and every item, and then insert links? I could spend an hour doing that easily, I think! :surprise: So far I like the idea of just supplying the names, as that could be done in about 10 or 15 minutes, and then interested members could just search out the link or two that interests them. Spread the work around a little bit!

I saw a webpage for some other guild that was just like the game - hover over the item with your mouse, and the window popped up. But their site - wow... They are either webpage guys, or they spent thousands on it...

I would also recommend this one (BankBuy) :

The GuildBankExporter "Generate Report" button overlaps the "Purchase Bag" button some. The BankBuy UI will pop up a confirmation window if you accidentally hit purchase bag. Save you some Gold.

That one looks really cool, good find! Ok, I'll mess around with these when I get a chance, hopefully tomorrow, and we'll see how it work. I think we'll try the duckie bank and see how that goes - it sounds like it doesn't require any work on our part...
