Demigod, the upcoming real-time, tactical strategy game from Gas Powered Games, is shaping up to be one of the most interesting games of 2009. Developed by the people who made Supreme Commander, this game looks set to rock the RTS genre back on its heels.
There haven't been any new and really addictive RTS games in some time, so this one is near the top of my "must play" list. Let's just hope they don't screw it up at the last minute.
Nothing says 'fun' like using a 100-ton hammer to smash your enemies into pools of jelly except, of course, using your vast arsenal of magical powers to burn them to a crisp! That is, the ones who are worthy of my attention. My minions can eat the lightweights for lunch (who says I'm not a beneficent master?).
