Here is a PDF with all of our guides we use to teach students and instructors.

The first 2 pages are a roll-up of the changes in 2.0.3. The next sections are Scenario Editing, Intro to DA for Instructors, and Intro to DA for Students. The last section contains an overview of the BOS's and an EXCELLENT planning guide showing movement rates, C2 Distance Calculation, and other invaluable tools.
The guides I created are NOT completely up-to-date, but the scenario editor and instructor guides have some updates.
