Bruce Probst's Russians have defeated Brian Wiersma's Germans in AP41 The Meat Grinder.
This was easily achieved by the simple mechanism of Brian regularly rolling terrible dice and me regularly rolling pretty damned good dice. This enabled the Russians to score a massive early CVP lead that the Germans would have had great difficulty catching up with.
Not much else to say. I think the scenario is "OK" but the Germans have a lot of work to do and not much time to do it in. With everything going so badly wrong for Brian he clearly did not enjoy what was happening, but I couldn't say it was because his tactics were unsound or anything like that. It really was a case of the dice giving him the finger at virtually every opportunity.
