So, after viewing all of that box art and the photos on those scenario cards, I have to ask... Did the Soviets fight at Kursk too?
Yes quite. However I think the excuse this time would be that the modules are sorted according the the German units. Like III Panzer Korps, Totenkopf, 11th Panzer and so on. It is a convenient way of breaking up the huge battle and map into bite size pieces.

Actually, the price of secondhand cars in the U.K. is at an all time high. You can sell a three year old car for more than you bought it for, in some cases.
