DASL36 Mayhem in Manila

Q. In DASL36, SSR2 has "The Japanese may designate ≤ 6...". The scenario card does not mention it was updated since it was released as A103. The SSR in A103 has "≤ 2", not 6. Should it be 2 on DASL36?
A. It should still be 2.
