DASL1 Guryev's Headquarters : BALANCE

In the ASL Open, this is a selectino for round 6. The balance is states as "R2"

What would "R2" mean

The R could mean russian - but then what is the 2 for

Or it could mean the russians get all thier reinforcments on turn 2 without rolling

Anyone have a clue ??? :whist:

Someone may have developed an Australian Balance for this scenario. As I recall, with australian balance, there are three levels of balance for each side, but i've never seen one for an "official" AH/MMP scenario.
