Can a Dash move utilise the Shellhole TEM in the road Location if other restrictions are followed, in effect is it treated as minimum cost? Can a Dash utilise the shellhole TEM in the end location to qualify the hex as a non-Open Ground hex? No to both. ....Perry MMP
