Good Evening
While recovering from my surgery, took the time to re-read Chapter D and I can't recall if the enemy AFV's AF is applicable to the TK or IFT DR of 5. In the file, is the Pz IIA (20L TK# 6) able to enter the Polish Vickers hex (providing of course the Pz IIA survives DF.)?

Thank you in advance

The vehicle is always allowed to enter the hex. What it may not do is stop or remain in the hex if it does not meet the requirements of D2.6. The AF is considered as part of the calculation, using the lower AF that might be hit if hull and turret are different. In the case above you have a Pz II entering a the rear facing of the Vickers assuming Pz II enters through the most direct route and the Vickers does not turn about. The base TK# is increased by two because of point blank range to an eight, and the AF of the Vickers is reduced by one because of rear facing to a zero, which easily meets D2.6.

AF would not be considered for an IFT kill, which presumably will only occur with a partially-armored defender AFV.

Assuming you plan to stop or end MPh...(outright just move through on your way somewhere else...ok)

D2.6 the key line is "....at the moment and position of entry into the hex..." So even in a head on collision and 2AF vs. -2 TK for <=25mm at 0-1...still leaves it at a 6. So you are good to go.
