I'm having a hard time understanding the example given after Section A5.11, regarding movement into an overstacked hex. The example says (in part): "If another squad advances into the same [overstacked] Location, it will have to become CX because the MF cost of the Location is now four MF...".
Why would the squad become CX just because it expended four MF?
