Having ordered "Blood and Jungle" directly from Bounding Fire Productions, I was unfortunate to receive a copy with a missing map - very frustrating as it was one of their new concept of "double wide"...

After just a mail of inquiry, they answered immediately promising to send as possible the missing part ... and I promptly received it the next week.

It is very satisfying to obtain this kind of customer support.

Thanks Sam !

Glad to help out - the printer does the package assembling, and there have only been two collating problems so far. I know the frustration from the buyer's end, so I get the problem fixed as fast as possible.

Considering that you don't do the collating and thus the packer (+printer) probably does not quite get how damaging how even a very small number of errors can be, you seem to doing well.

I got ordered 2 copies from Second Chance Games in England. He sent them (with other items) split into 2 separate packages, presumably for cost reasons, on a Friday. The first arrived on the next Wednesday but the second did not arrive until the following Monday. You can imagine I was a little worried as normally when an order is split posted both arrive the same day. In the end all arrived and after such a fright I checked the 2 B&J page by page but everything was there.

If the error rate from the printer keeps to single digit figures you should hang on to him/her. Some posters complained about the fragility of the shrink wrap (and they had a point) but I felt the tightly wrapped block that resulted was in itself a protective feature (like a plank). Only a sumo postman with a chainsaw could do much more than ding the corners. The quality of all the printing was excellent with no rub off of the ink on the pages which used to be common with glossy pages.

Hi Sam

all my counters are missing from one set and would you beleive it all the maps and scenario's from the other.........................

OK OK so I only ordered the one set. It is a good job that the hobby is populated by so many good guys, both side of the supply chain.

Sam went out of his way to check on the progress of my copy when I had good natured rising on mine not arriving the second it was released. A crew that obviously care about the customer and the product.

Cheers
Ian
