CPVA counter colors

Hello all

Can someone provide the RGB or other values for the interior of the CPVA counters? I know the edge color is Russian.

I believe the inside colour is the same for Allied Minor.

I recall that @hongkongwargamer made those. I think the inner color is British tan. Not at my computer to get a RGB for you but hope that is of some help.
