howdy-

tried searching here for counter storage info and came up empty. Where is there in the USA to buy plano 3701 cases? I tried Amazon but they have so many different case types it got confusing. So any help in pointing me in the right direction would be awesome.

If you're near a WAlmart (you can also order from their website free shipping for orders over 50 bucks) go to the fishing section of the store . they have storage containers for as little as 3 dollars and 88 cents. and they are large enough to store many counters. the product is
Ozark Trail Large Swirl Tray Fishing Tackle Box 3700 - Blue or Camo green
(4.5)4.5 stars out of 31 reviews31 reviews
$3.88
its dimensions 2 x 8.75 x 13.75. ...I've also ordered some of the
Plano ProLatch Stowaway Large 3700 Clear Organizer Tackle Box, Large, Clear
(4.4)4.4 stars out of 117 reviews117 reviews
$5.24
its dimensions are 2 x 9.13 x 14 much more sturdy than the other one. I recommend you buy the Plano version if you travel alot to those tournaments. Otherwise if you just need it for storage and its going to be stationary most of the time. the way to go is with the $3.88 one.

Looks like a hell of a good design work. Does he print the tops with different layers for different colors?

Just to add my two Eurocents: I am a big fan and user of matchboxes. Light, adaptable and cheap. Use second edition game boxes for transportation and counter spillage does not occur.

Now there you go haunting the nerds with good arguments... Have you (not) lost your senses? ;)
Besides, your matchboxes will dissolve in a white ball of energy if used in an anti-matter environment.

What you say now?

Ordered The Bead keeper storage bins, thanks for that info guys. Thought about raaco, but way to expensive for me lol.

Scott, private message me and I will send you the template that I am using for the Darice containers.

My go to has been the Plano Pro Latch 3701. They're very secure and you can flip them, shake them, toss them off the wall, and get the wet and the counters stay right where they are. I switched to these around 2008 and I believe this to be my final system of storage.

You can still get them on Amazon. Also I think the Plano 3700 Thin is the comparable replacement for it albeit i think better than the 3701. But I still get the 3701's for uniformity. I also use 3600'ws for Fortifications, PTO, DTO, and status markers (weather, wind, compass, PF, ...ETC)
