Converting D&D 4 to D&D 3.5

There is some cool stuff out for 4 but I don't want to upgrade. Want to stay at 3.5. So is there a way to convert from 4 to 3.5? Have looked on the web but not found anything. Has anyone done this?

It's a bit old thread, but may I recommend you this couple reviews of D&D 4.0 and last review of Pathfinder - in some of the first two interviews Kurt says something about recommending Pathfinder (reviewed in link no. 3) for those who didn't like 4.0 (he didn't too).
