I have a concealment loss question. (Daytime Scenerio)

1. Does a ? unit that uses AM into an open groung hex loose its ? status?

I would say yes according to the Loss/Gain table case B.

2. If that is correct would it matter if the LOS to said unit was hindered (+1).

Thanks,

Yes to both questions. If there is a +1 hindrance, the hex is no longer Open Ground since the index defines OG as "any hex in normal range in which any interdictor could apply the -1 FFMO penalty".

FFMO does not apply if combined with another effective protective TEM or LOS hindrance. Therefore, in your second example, your unit would NOT (for concealment purposes) be AMing into Open Ground.

IF I could add one more case to this question:

following question 2 above:
- if a unit overstacks into the same location as the concealed stack, who looses concealment?

the unit that entered and caused the overstacking?
or
all of the units in the location?

Thanks,

They would all lose concealment. Everyone in the location is overstacked. They all suffer the penalties.
