According to A12.24 - your unit will lose concealment if it advances into an OG hex as defined by A10.531
As your unit is observed by the enemy through several hinderance hexes, then the OG hex becomes “non-open ground” & concealment is retained.
If the enemy unit was at Level-1 and looking over several grain/brush hexes, concealment would be lost for your unit.
