So, AFV and infantry in the CC phase...

I have a pinned squad in a building, my opponent has a bypassing in-motion AFV with a 20L(w/IFE), BMG(3), CMG(5).

My squad has CCV 5 -1(Pinned) = 4

BMG & 20L(as it's >15mm) don't count so the AFV has CMG 5/2 (motion) = 2.5

My squad needs a 4 to hurt it but adds +2 to the roll for motion.

The AFV attacks back at 2.5:4 which rounds to 1:2 (no DRM) on the CCT so needs a 4 to hurt me.

Does the -1 Streetfighting mod apply (A11.8, penultimate sentence) putting the squad at CCV 4 with a +1 DRM instead?

If not, does the rest sound correct?

Where does it state that Street Fighting gives an AFV +1 in CC?
It's in A11.8.

"...All Infantry advancing into that road Location from ground level of one or more of those adjacent building hexes qualify for a Street Fighting Ambush -1/+1 DRM in CC vs the vehicle (not cumulative with the normal -1/+1 CC DRM for Ambush)..."

Also in the large CC Example: "The 4-4-7 passes the 2MC, and the PzV attacks again with its 5 FP CMG vs the 4-4-7’s CCV of 5 at 1:1 odds with +1 DRM (+1 Street Fighting Ambush). "

Does that +1 also apply to a vehicle in bypass of an obstacle having an enemy unit?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean both the vehicle in BP and the other unit are both enemy? Regardless, any time there is a CC in a Location containing a vehicle in BP there is a -1/+1 CC DRM vs/by the vehicle along with any other applicable DRMs [EXC: Unless actual Ambush occurs] (A11.8...Ambush -1/+1 DRM in CC vs the vehicle (not cumulative with the normal -1/+1 CC DRM for Ambush) unless actual Ambush occurs even if the vehicle is accompanied by escorting Personnel.) .

The Close Combat Comprehensive Example in Section A11 has several instances of Infantry vs Tank CC. It would be a good primer on all things CC related.
