This is a night scenario.

A cloaked partisan ambushes an italian MMC conscript and takes it as a prisoner. No good order enemy units is in LOS.

There is a Perry sez: Assuming the Guard can gain Concealment, does the Prisoner gain it too? A. The prisoner will share the “?” status of its Guard.

So will the prisoner be placed on the cloaking display or does the cloaking unit has to be placed under a concealment counter to also conceal the prisoner?

The prisoner drops its LMG when capured. A second cloaked unit picks it up in the RPh. Will this unit keep its cloaking and if so will the LMG then be placed on the cloaking display?

The q&a isn't 100% relevant because in the q&a the guard gains concealment, while in your question the unit never lost it. I would guess that the prisoner is put in the cloak box. I think the same applies to the LMG. Note that the point about being out of LOS is a bit of a red herring. A successful ambush is not concealment loss, regardless of whether prisoners are taken or not.
