Clearing a Roadblock with HE ITT

If I roll low enough on the TH to achieve a ITT CH, do I use the doubled FP column as I try and roll a KIA to remove the roadblock?

You need a KIA on the IFT, but I'm not sure CHs affect roadblocks. They have no effect versus terrain.

Roadblocks are Artificial Terrain, so CHs are not doubled, nor is the +2 TH DRM reversed.
