The VC state an immediate Italian win condition "proving there is no no Mobile Italian fully-tracked AFV...".

Is the "no no" -> "no non-Mobile"?

Also the ‘automatic’ victory - I’m assuming this is still at game end, given the Italians can fulfill this on setup?

- the automatic victory is only at game end.
