Changing the Length of the Turn Bar

Ran a search and couldn't find anything. How do you change the length of the turn bar? The available defaults don't always match what a scenario needs.

Most people use the END counter and the half-turn counter (the red triangle) found in Turn Markers to cover unneeded turns. That seems to fit most needs.
