Perhaps someone will find this summary useful.
The following is my understanding of ASL/MMP and CH ASLComp Maps (dimensions, hexes):
[I believe accurate +/-1mm, update/edit if there are error(s) or more info]
[terms: map = mapboard = module, pcs = pieces = sub-map = sheet]
[dimensions: physical measurement of outer dimensions (regardless of overlap vs non-overlap)]
[hexes: counted from center dot of half-hex (regardless of overlap vs non-overlap)]
[non-overlap: maps/pcs that join along the center-dot]
[overlap: maps/pcs that require overlapping one another to join]
[some 'overlap' style can be trimmed along half-hexes to convert to non-overlap style]

ASL/MMP Standard Hex [flats=20mm, diag=23mm, non-overlap]
[ASL Standard Map: 22" x 8" (hexes: 32x10)]
[AP Style Map: 11" x 16" (hexes: 16x20)]
[AP Style aka Fontenberry style map]

ASL/MMP Deluxe Hex [flats=55mm, diag=63mm, non-overlap], aka 2.2"
[ASL Deluxe Map: 26 7/16" x 11" (662mmx275mm) (hexes: 14x5)]

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
CH GEO AP Style [flats=20mm, diag=23mm]
[GEO AP Set#1 & GEO AP PTO1/2/3 Maps: 11" x 16" (hexes: 16x20)]

CH “Hot Hex” AP Style [flats=20mm, diag=23mm]
[hot hex module = 22"x34", assembled from 4 AP Style 11" x 16" pcs]
[“HotHex” product is just maps (ex. from GWASL modules)]
[note: "HotHex Monster" versions are in the larger "Monster" category below]
[some HotHex product descriptions state: "sixteen 18"x12.5" cardstock maps" ???, so not sure about these]

CH “TT” & “FP” Hex: [flats=22mm, diag=25mm], aka ' our largest geo'
[TT&FP Map: untrimmed(overlap) = 12.25" x 18.25" and trimmed(non-overlap) = 12" x 18" (hexes: 16 x 21)]
[TT= Teutonic Terror; FP=Freedom’s Price, BitterTag, LittleSaturn, OpUranus, SiberianOnslaught, Wintergewitter, HedgeRow Bocage Tactics (non-monster)]
[note: "0.50cal" versions are in the larger "Monster" category below]

CH "HASL" & "STD" Hex [examples: flats=23mm, 24mm, etc ... sized to suit subject matter and coverage]:
[ex: Oosterbeek v2016, flats=23mm, diag=27mm; HASL map 35.5"x45.5", assembled 3x3 formation from 9 pcs ea 12.5"x18.5", overlap=1 hex horizontal, 6 hex vertical]
[ex: Arnhem Bridge w/south-bank STD Hex, flats=24mm, diag=28mm; HASL map 31"x34", assembled from 6pcs ea 12.5" x 18.5", overlap=3 hex horizontal, 2 hex vert]
[note1: similar to other MFRs, HASL tend to be unique to suit the subject/coverage, such as HOB's Merkur Map with 19mm flats, 22mm diag]
[note2: for "Monster HASL" or "Uber HASL", see applicable "Monster" or "Uber" category below]

CH “Monster” Hex [flats=29.75mm-to-44.5mm, depends on map]
[flats: 1.17"-to-1.75" (29.75mm-to-44.45mm)]
[ex: HedgeRow ‘monster’, flats=29.75mm, maps 12.5"x18" (hexes: 16x21), assembled from 4 pcs ea approx 9x11 hexes that overlap]
[sometimes called ‘deluxe monster’ or "0.50 Cal" or "HotHex Monster"]

CH “Hot Stove” Hex [flats=46mm≈1.81", diag=??]
[hot stove ‘board’ = 24"x50" (hexes: 13 x 33), board assembled with 6 pcs ea 12"x18", overlap]

CH “Uber” Hex [flats=55mm, diag=63mm], aka 2.2"
[same as ASL/MMP Deluxe: flats=55mm≈2.2" ]
["Quad Deluxe" Geo Board (similar to orig SL boards) = 18" x 48", assembled from 4 pcs]

CH “Deluxe Uber” Hex [flats=63.5mm≈2.5", diag=??]
[sometimes called ‘uber monster’]

CH “Gigantor Amadeous” Hex [flats=215.9mm≈8.5", diag=??]
[sometimes called ‘Gojira monster’]
[just kidding, this single hex/map size doesn't exist ..... yet .. : ) ]

notes:
a. The above as of 3/6/2022, possibly other sizes exist past/present/future?
b. The above is for CH ASLcomp maps (i.e. not the CH ATS maps).
c. Is there a "Monster Uber Deluxe"?
