Cavalry / Motorcycle / Wagon Counters?

Would anyone mind providing the window tab sequence to access the generic white cavalry / motorcycle / wagon 5/8" inch counters in VASL 5.5?

I just can't seem to find these darn things.

Axis or Allied OB tab - nationality tab - sw tab - white tab. The cylcles, wagons, sledges, skis, UA dozers, and armored dozers are all right there ... for every nationality in the universal white.
